Overview

Digital Asset Management solution which is a web-based software suite for organising, distributing and approving documents, images, logos, photos, graphics, branding elements, presentations, Adobe Acrobat PDFs files, HTML documents, video, music or files.

Allow you, the Administrator to upload your files to your admin web-base area, form of photo gallery, which can be catalogues by folder, images or items.

Your Cusomers

You then send your customers, a username and password to view and comment on files or images. You can then allow your customers to upload or not files

Admin

• Add his own customers, delete and change passwords and usernames
• Customers to have name, address, telephone, fax, email
• Admin to add his own catalogues, i.e. fonts, pdf's, gallery, video ect...
• Add own sub catalogues
• Allow customers to search
• Allow customers to upload images or NOT
• Add comments about images/pdf in HTML
• Add price of image, but no shopping cart
• Admin icons, add, delete or change
• When image is uploading, automatic date stamp next to image/file/font
• Delete, add or move images or files
• In photo gallery, upload one image, resize on the server automatically, into 3 sizes, able to set how the images are view in rows or columns
• Report on who view, who login, which image or file was changed, by whom, if a customer uploads a file, if comment is place about image, to view in the reports.

• Search files. Search by filename and file content
• Upload multiple files.
• Delete files. Delete single files, or whole directories recursively.
• If Admin uploads an adobe graphic, small image is show on the customer interface, GIF default gif image, JPG default .jpg image. There must be default small images for each file type, if admin wish to add his/her own image.
